SOUL KITCHEN
Soul Kitchen is a charity project that we finance from our own resources.
Every year on December 24th, we prepare a Christmas Eve dinner for lonely people, seniors and people in need. We organize a toy collection, which we take to a selected hospital for children who had to stay in the hospital on Christmas Day. We prepare a Christmas Eve package for the paramedics on duty. Last year it was the entire Prague Rescue Service and many more

MOM AND DAD'S RECIPES
COOKBOOK OF A THOUSAND STORIES
This passion project began when we visited retirement homes, collecting cherished family recipes from those who wish to honor their parents' and grandparents' culinary heritage. By blending these treasured dishes with Patrik's creations, we're crafting more than a cookbook—we're preserving a thousand stories at risk of being forgotten.
Each recipe becomes a bridge between generations, reminding us to slow down, listen to our elders, and share meals as our ancestors did. We hope this collection inspires families to reconnect through cooking, transforming kitchens into spaces where stories and traditions are passed down just as carefully as recipes. Because food isn't just sustenance—it's the most delicious way to keep history alive.


FLAVORS OF THE SOUTH BY PATRIK RAVEN
Coming summer 2025, "Flavours of the South by Patrik Raven" invites you on a sensory journey through Southern Europe's culinary wonders. This exclusive dining series recreates the vibrant tastes of Mediterranean coastlines through authentic recipes perfected during Patrik's travels, each dish paired with regional wines and craft cocktails that tell their own story. From sun-drenched Italian trattorias to Portuguese seafood bars, each pop-up location transforms into a Southern European oasis, featuring surprise guest chefs who add their signature flair to these unforgettable evenings where every bite transports you to cobblestone piazzas and azure waters.
BOHEMIAN CHEF TOUR 25-27
We're taking Czech cuisine around the world with our traveling open-air restaurant project, showcasing the best of our culinary heritage across continents. From pop-up dinners in bustling cities to special events in exotic locations, we'll present multi-day celebrations of Czech gastronomy - its traditions, innovations, and vibrant spirit. This ambitious journey will introduce global audiences to authentic Bohemian flavors while building bridges through food, proving that Czech cuisine deserves a prominent place on the world's gastronomic map. Join us as we write this delicious chapter of culinary diplomacy.


GASTRO CAMP - CAMP 2026
Our kids' summer cooking camp blends fun and learning as young chefs discover the joy of cooking under professional guidance! Children will master basic kitchen skills, explore how herbs and ingredients work together, and learn why food matters - all while preparing simple, delicious dishes.
The adventure culminates in a special dinner where our budding cooks proudly serve their creations to parents, showcasing their new culinary confidence and knowledge in an unforgettable celebration of flavors and achievement.
