We bring our kitchen to Bohemia’s wild edges—abandoned factories where iron still whispers, crumbling ruins (zříceniny) where history seasons every bite, and deep forests where we forage young spruce tips (jedle) to infuse dishes with their piney freshness. Pokud byste letos chtěli přidat ruku k dílu a pomoci nám nakoupit více hraček pro děti, budeme vám moc vděční. Hned na začátek ale raději říkám – nepřipravili jsme pro vás mediální slávu ani publicitu. Za všech těch let, co tohle děláme, jsme zůstávali spíš v ústraní. Po první akci jsem sice doufal, že o nás někdo napíše, abychom mohli pomoci víc, ale média tenhle příběh neobjevila.
